A business management consulting company has an open position for a Virtual ServiceNow Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that offerings are architected and designed to meet defined requirements
  • Architecting and designing major software products critical to the ServiceNow system and solutions
  • Controlling, enhancing and improving overall system stability and availability

Qualifications Include:

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working in a technical environment supporting computing infrastructure
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Expert knowledge of IT Service Automation Applications or Service Automation Platform
  • Expert knowledge of Case Management Applications
