Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting company has a current position open for a Virtual ServiceNow System Administration in Buffalo.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems, network, server system, and workstation hardware and software
- Ensuring availability, reliability, and scalability of network/server, database, and business applications to meet corporate objectives
- Participating in process improvements for all IT systems throughout several client's servers and workstations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Server, system support, and VMware support
- Bachelors degree in technical or business field
- Experience and knowledge of Firewall and Linux
- Experience with Cisco product support
