A moving and relocation company has an open position for a Virtual Shipment Allocation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Management of daily process to select and receive shipment awards
  • Following process to ensure appropriate allocation of moves to agents

Qualifications Include:

  • HHG Moving/relocation experience, especially operational knowledge (i.e. planning or dispatch)
  • Ability to work as part of a team, responsive to requests for information from agents and clients
  • Fluent in Outlook, Word and Excel with strong data entry skills
