Job Summary

A healthcare analytics company has an open position for a Virtual Site Customer Support Engineer in Lexington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving the sale of new service agreements, service agreement upgrades and instrument add-ons to existing contracts
  • Maintaining up to date electronic and repair documentation for dispatch, inventory and service support functions of the job
  • Installing, maintaining, verifying performance and repair equipment at customer sites

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Valid driver's license
  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics or related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide qualification services
  • Certification of company training on equipment in minimum of one major discipline
  • Additionally the ability to operate personal computer to enter data and generate reports, and communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills; strong team player with a customer satisfaction focus
