Job Summary
A healthcare analytics company has an open position for a Virtual Site Customer Support Engineer in Lexington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving the sale of new service agreements, service agreement upgrades and instrument add-ons to existing contracts
- Maintaining up to date electronic and repair documentation for dispatch, inventory and service support functions of the job
- Installing, maintaining, verifying performance and repair equipment at customer sites
Qualifications for this position include:
- Valid driver's license
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics or related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide qualification services
- Certification of company training on equipment in minimum of one major discipline
- Additionally the ability to operate personal computer to enter data and generate reports, and communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills; strong team player with a customer satisfaction focus
