Someone excited about all the administrative details needed to help their clients succeed, deeply knowledgeable in the world of Social Media, and ready to tackle a new technology if that is what it takes to get something done.
As a Virtual Assistant you will play an important role in supporting busy executives and entrepreneurs focus on what really matters to them-- moving their business forward. You'll help your clients with a variety of tasks, including supporting their social media strategy, setting up email campaigns, editing/updating blog posts, managing their schedule, researching vendor products and services, tracking expenses, planning events, and much more. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills as you work with a variety of companies in various industries. All this while enjoying the advantages of working virtually.

Computer savvy and able to learn skills and processes quickly
Stellar communicators; both in writing and speaking
Naturally proactive and project a professional and confident persona
Excellent at time management with a keen ability to prioritize work
Honest, resourceful and highly motivated
Regularly smiling, even when there is no one else in the room
Additional Skills and Experience:
Fluent in Social media platforms and trends
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Experience with a CRM platform is a plus
