A software company has an open position for a Virtual Social Media Community Engagement Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Moderating of community activity
- Strategizing with the Community and Content teams to develop engaging themes
- Posting compelling and relevant content frequently
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in professional social media management or community moderation
- Personal or professional experience in the camping or RV industry
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced with Google apps, Slack, Zendesk, and Google analytics
- Self motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask
