Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Virtual Social Work Case Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to members seeking alternative solutions
- Manage behavioral and psychosocial needs
- Facilitate and coordinate behavioral health resources
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires an MS (at a minimum) in Social Work
- 3 years of experience in case management in a health care environment
- Current unrestricted LMSW or LCSW (or equivalent) license in applicable state(s) required
