Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Virtual Software Archiving Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams and client to confirm successful, on-time completion of all deliverables
- Provide client archive assistance to Onboarding Account Manager (OAM) as needed
- Provide pre-sales client archive assistance for the sales organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years consulting and ERP project management experience working with enterprise SAP and Oracle ERP applications
- Demonstrated, proven track record in helping clients leverage their IT solutions to meet business objectives
- Experience working within quality systems
- Skilled at project management and escalation management
- Expertise using common project management tools and with the SAP ONE Support Launchpad
- Understanding of SAP Software and OSS Note components
- Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Archiving project management experience
