Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking ownership of new accounts and manage their on-boarding
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
  • Serving as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the team

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-4 years experience as a Customer Success/ Project Manager or any customer facing role
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS
  • Eager to learn, adapt and perfect work
