Job Summary

A company that provides cloud-based software solutions has a current position open for a Virtual Software Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing timely responses to customer service inquiries via product ticket system
  • Working with customers to identify and replicate errors and defects
  • Providing customer feedback to support management through regular team meetings

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Telephone skills / etiquette; call screening
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
