Job Summary

An insurance software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Software Development Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing new functionality using Python, Django, Flask, and VueJS
  • Collaborating with engineers working in both legacy and greenfield development roles
  • Replacing existing system functionality with modern and flexible modular components

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience writing and using REST and/or GraphQL APIs
  • 2 years experience working on web systems
  • Experience using Git
  • Experience writing automated tests
  • Computer science degree or equivalent industry knowledge
