Job Summary

An engineering organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with other teams and with upstream developers where appropriate
  • Providing first line software engineering support for member engineers within assigned areas of competence
  • Contributing to a wide variety of technically challenging projects

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Participate in twice yearly company Connect events which requires international travel. Occasionally, travel to Member sites for on site support is required.
  • Experience using ARM Trusted Firmware, OP-TEE or other similar open source projects
  • Advanced level skill with the GNU or LLVM toolchains
  • Experience providing technical support, training and/or coaching for engineers
  • Experience working with trusted execution environments or secure coprocessors
  • Understanding of ARM based hardware
