Job Summary
A fitness consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Software Tech Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Develop service procedures, policies, guidelines and standards
- Attend one hour of Tech Training with the Team per week
- Confirm that all service procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards are being adhered to consistently
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High Ability to delegate tasks appropriately
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Tolerance for high-stress situations
- Adaptable to a constantly changing environment
- Able to make autonomous decisions for the good of the company
- Efficient with Facebook, ClickFunnels, Intercom, Skipio, Acuity, and all apps, platforms, and relevant systems
