A company that delivers full lifecycle ERP implementations is in need of a Virtual Software Technical Copywriter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Studying the customer journey to produce content in the language they use
- Collaborating with sales, marketing and customer experience teams
- Considering how the content consumption experience changes based on the platform
Qualifications for this position include:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- 4-6 years’ experience in technical copywriting preferably with a software subscription product
- The ability to produce high-quality documents
- Ability to react and deliver according to business demands
- Creative skills and incorporation of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts
- Ability to research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented
