Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Virtual Software Technical Support Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing customer service, training and product demos by phone, email, etc
- Diagnosing customer problems and finding solutions
- Assisting customers with setup and configuration of software
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience using WordPress, SquareSpace or Weebly
- Comfortable with technology, software and basic math (eg. pro-rating)
- Good conversational skills
- Ability to work between the hours of 9:45 am and 6:15 pm Monday-Friday
- Must have a reliable computer and internet (laptop will be supplied after 90 days)
