A marketing research company is seeking a Virtual Sourcing Certified Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a talent pipeline through sourcing and networking
- Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources
- Research and source qualified candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have sourcing certification
- 2 years of experience in a staffing or high volume talent hunting environment
- High School Diploma
- Experience using a web based Applicant Tracking System
- Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition methodology
