Job Summary
A real estate professional services is filling a position for a Virtual Space Data Manager in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Be accountable for the performance of the space data management team
- Be accountable for space data integrity and accuracy within a CAFM database
- Define, categorize, measure, and audit client space data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel may be required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design, Project Managment or a related field
- 2 to 4 years work experience in CAFM/IWMS administration, occupancy or space planning in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of office space categorization principles (BOMA, OSCRE, etc.), CAFM procedures and AutoCAD
- Moderate experience in CAFM/IWMS database management and design
- Demonstrated abilities in analytics, data visualization, and trend reporting using PowerPivot, Tableau, etc
