Job Summary

A technology-based consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Spectrum Subject Matter Expert.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a team of developers and analysts throughout the project life-cycle
  • Leading the development of new features and applications
  • Conducting quality control of software development

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required. (10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
  • Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment (e.g. Scrum of Scrums)
  • Strong attention to detail, being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Experience working with Agile Scrum to develop and deliver software
  • Experience with the following technologies: Java, Java Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Core, JPA/Hibernate ORM, SwaggerUI, Apache Kafka and/or IBM ESB, Git, and JUnit
