Job Summary

A cloud computing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Staff Lead Principal Technical Writer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting and educating CISOs, architects, devs, admins, and others
  • Authenticating users and authorizing access to protected resources
  • Driving the design of new features and develop more strategic content with innovative resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Desire to document features that are on the more technical end of the spectrum
  • Familiarity with CCX core tools, Style Guide, and in-app user assistance
  • Desire to work with a team of writers as part of the Integrated Customer Experience CCX team
