Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator (FAST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with store/order policies and procedures while documenting interactions
  • Maintain and update customer information in a case management system and follow up on outstanding items
  • Work with store/field leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Reliable internet access required for job duties and virtual meetings
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and during all hours of operations
  • Basic understanding of automotive terms and knowledge of vehicle repairs preferred
