Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and case management system
- Assist with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange inquiries
- Collaborate with store leadership to resolve customer concerns and maintain customer information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Availability to work any shift between Monday-Friday, including holidays
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
