Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and case management system
  • Assist with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange inquiries
  • Collaborate with store leadership to resolve customer concerns and maintain customer information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Availability to work any shift between Monday-Friday, including holidays
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
