Job Summary
A university is filling a position for a Virtual Strategic Recruitment and Retention Subject Matter Expert.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Producing original instructional materials for online learning
- Delivering the content using the appropriate templates
- Participating in regular review sessions with the instructional designer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Doctorate in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management Educational or Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development
- Demonstrate a high level of skill and experience in leadership development, change management, organizational effectiveness and learning design and implementation
- Demonstrate relationship management skills and sophisticated communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to deliver high impact solutions to meet business needs
- Demonstrate areas of Human Resources knowledge of metrics and HR excellence through meeting and exceeding goals related to costs reductions, culture, and employee excellence
