Job Summary

A provider of inbound and outbound call center solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Student Enrollment Customer Service Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handle calls from multiple clients
  • Capture additional information from the prospective student
  • Assist with employment applications and the prequalification process

Required Skills:

  • Receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback
  • Value the opportunity to set the schedule you work out with your manager
  • 35 WPM minimum keyboarding required
