Job Summary

A business to business service is in need of a Virtual Subrogation Recovery Supervisor in Itasca.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Complying with HIPAA regulations as well as Discovery’s HIPAA and Information Security policies
• Supervising assigned staff
• Managing inventory to insure that all is worked timely and accurately

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience in managing front line processing staff of 10 to 15 employees
• Excel and other MS Suite products knowledge
• Good organizational, analytical and independent decision-making skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet associated timelines
• Highly effective written and oral communication skills to interact with all levels within the organization
• Hiring, training and onboarding staff
