Virtual Subrogation Team Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Arbitration Specialists, the full-time Virtual Subrogation Team Manager will develop, motivate, and support team activities to ensure quality work, client satisfaction, and exceptional recovery results in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Specialists, including scorecard preparation, work inventory audits, and enforcement of departmental policies
• Handle escalated calls and inquiries to maintain maximum departmental performance and client satisfaction
• Mentor team members by providing guidance and answering daily questions to enhance their skills and performance

Required qualifications

• Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive maximum department collections
• Strong organizational skills
