Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Virtual Support Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and checking acquisition packages ensuring completeness
- Performing data entry and retrieval for contracts and financial databases
- Preparing reports as required
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience demonstrating the use of written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
