Job Summary

A software and services company has a current position open for a Virtual Support Cloud Assistant Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate and synchronize product initiatives
  • Own the product vision, strategy and feature roadmap
  • Design and implementation of global telecom customer care

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience working with the cable/telecommunications industry and Cloud services
  • 10+ years Product Management Experience
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in emerging technologies
  • Experience working cross-functionally (sales, operations, finance)
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
