Job Summary

A digital publishing company is filling a position for a Virtual Support Engineer in Portland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing all incoming support and contact requests from the company websites, answering what you can and escalating as needed
• Helping with user training, how-tos and end user documentation
• Building and running QA tests

Qualifications Include:

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and some PHP/JS
• Reasonably familiar with source control, particularly Git
• Some familiarity with WHM / cPanel
