A telecommunications company has an open position for a Virtual Support Resident Engineer in Lincoln.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with customer, internal, and 3rd party stakeholders
- Maintain both internal and external action item registers
- Project manage major initiatives such as new products or solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS in related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years experience in customer service or related
- Experience working with large tier 1 and tier 2 telecommunications service providers
- Access industry experience
- Experience with IPTV deployments
