Job Summary

Virtual Support Team Coordinator is a part-time weekend position responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports while working independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate changes in schedules or service delivery
  • Organize job duties to maintain efficiency and productivity
  • Submit required reports within established time frames and manage workflow for designated locations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and home health or hospice regulatory requirements preferred
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, with Homecare Homebase strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
