Job Summary
Virtual Support Team Coordinator is a part-time weekend position responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports while working independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate changes in schedules or service delivery
- Organize job duties to maintain efficiency and productivity
- Submit required reports within established time frames and manage workflow for designated locations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and home health or hospice regulatory requirements preferred
- Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, with Homecare Homebase strongly desired
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
