Job Summary

Virtual Support Team Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports while working independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate changes in schedules or service delivery
  • Maintain current staff and patient schedules and submit required reports in a timely manner
  • Manage assigned workflow based on organizational needs while adhering to guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and home health or hospice regulatory requirements preferred
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, particularly Homecare Homebase, is strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
