Job Summary

Virtual Support Team Coordinator, responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports, working full-time in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate schedule changes
  • Maintain current staff and patient schedules
  • Submit required reports within established time frames
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance standards preferred
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
