Job Summary
Virtual Support Team Coordinator, responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports, working full-time in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate schedule changes
- Maintain current staff and patient schedules
- Submit required reports within established time frames
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance standards preferred
- Experience with EMR and scheduling systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
