Job Summary

Virtual Support Team Coordinator, a part-time position working weekends, is responsible for scheduling clinicians, maintaining staff and patient schedules, and submitting reports while working independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate changes in schedules or service delivery
  • Organize job duties and maintain current staff and patient schedules
  • Submit required reports and manage workflow for designated locations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance standards preferred
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, particularly Homecare Homebase, is strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
