Job Summary

Virtual Support Team Coordinator works full-time to schedule clinicians, maintain staff and patient schedules, and submit reports while working virtually and independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule clinicians for cases and communicate changes in schedules or service delivery
  • Organize job duties and maintain current staff and patient schedules
  • Submit required reports within established time frames and manage assigned workflow based on organizational needs
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and home health or hospice regulatory requirements preferred
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, with Homecare Homebase strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
