Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Virtual Support Team Coordinator will manage clinician scheduling, maintain patient schedules, and submit reports while adhering to organizational guidelines and policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule clinicians for cases in collaboration with field staff and the Manager of Clinical Services
  • Organize job duties efficiently to maintain current staff and patient schedules
  • Submit required reports within established time frames and manage assigned workflows based on organizational needs
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred in a relevant role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance standards preferred
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, particularly Homecare Homebase, is strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
