Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Virtual Support Team Coordinator will manage clinician scheduling, maintain patient schedules, and submit reports while adhering to organizational guidelines and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule clinicians for cases in collaboration with field staff and the Manager of Clinical Services
- Organize job duties efficiently to maintain current staff and patient schedules
- Submit required reports within established time frames and manage assigned workflows based on organizational needs
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year preferred in a relevant role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance standards preferred
- Experience with EMR and scheduling systems, particularly Homecare Homebase, is strongly desired
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
