A staffing agency is in need of a Virtual Supporting IT Sales Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Round Rock.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in strategic sourcing plans to generate talent pipeline for IT Sales candidates
- Utilizing social platforms in creative ways to attract talent
- Interacting with the talent pool to present and sell dynamic opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall Talent Search/Acquisition experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years executing sourcing strategies
- Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results
