Job Summary
A professional services and investment management firm has an open position for a Virtual Sustainability Certification Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing schedule, budget, consultants, vendors, all deliverables, and the certification project site
- Preparing regular status and budget reports for client
- Ensuring client expectations are in line with level of certification
Qualifications for this position include:
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability and energy principles and concepts
- BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, business management or related
- 7+ years of experience with LEED certification, energy conservation, energy management, etc.
- LEED BD+C or ID+C accreditation required with at least 12-15 LEED certifications
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
