Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Tableau Development Senior Reporting Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Distributing standard reports to key leadership and stakeholders using Tableau software
  • Providing analysis in a summary format regarding trends or shifts in standard performance metrics for the OMNI Project
  • Assisting in gathering detailed requirements to build visualization reports in Tableau

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 1+ years of experience developing with Tableau reporting software
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, report creation, or other applicable fields in contact center environments
  • Work experience using MS Excel
  • Experience using MS Outlook or other email program
  • 4+ years of experience in writing SQL code in Microsoft SQL Server or similar software
