Job Summary
An addiction recovery healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to create and implement sourcing strategies for Clinical and Operations studio positions
- Ensure a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates in all markets and establish networking relationships with a diverse pool of candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Once travel resumes in the US, you will have the potential travel to conduct business meetings with hiring managers and candidates in different markets
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications
