A technology company has an open position for a Virtual Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success
- Strategically partner with hiring managers and their respective teams at every stage of the recruiting life cycle
- Drive the candidate evaluation process, with a focus on attribute-based hiring and manage offer delivery and negotiations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience of sourcing techniques to identify high-quality talent
- 3 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
