A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and screening CV's on a daily basis
- Keeping candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
- Conducting in-depth phone interviews
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven recruiting experience in the sales and marketing industry
- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter for Hi-tech companies
- Experience in recruiting for technology positions
- Experience working with Social Media platforms
