Job Summary
A customer relationship organization is seeking a Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dearborn.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
- Build and maintain the candidate pool
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate's Degree required
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media
- At least 1 year of progressive recruitment experience
- HR Information System experience
- Strong (and current) knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment and equal opportunity
