Job Summary

A global customer relationship organization needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites
• Post, update and ensure consistency of all internal and external job postings
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and other team members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment environment
• HR Information System experience
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media and experience
• High School diploma required
• Strong (and current) knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment and equal opportunity
