Job Summary
A global customer relationship organization needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites
- Post, update and ensure consistency of all internal and external job postings
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and other team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of progressive recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment environment
- HR Information System experience
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media and experience
- High School diploma required
- Strong (and current) knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment and equal opportunity
