Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Virtual Technical Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Facilitating scoping and requirements elicitation sessions for projects
  • Identifying sources of requirements, possible interfaces and affected lines of business
  • Transferring knowledge of story writing and story grooming skills to key roles within IT and business

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • Two to five (2 to 5) years of experience in requirements management
  • Minimum of two to five (2 to 5) years of experience working in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs
  • Experience designing interfaces and/or mocking up user interfaces
  • Thorough understanding of business analysis principles and available solutions
  • Experience in creating and writing technical specifications within an agile framework
