Job Summary

A company that providers device protection and support services for smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics, appliances, satellite receivers and jewelry needs applicants for an opening for a Telework Technical Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing an all-inclusive, comprehensive customer service experience
• Providing technical support for programming and/or equipment issues
• Answering a wide array of questions and providing education on complex issues

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Flexible to work all shifts
• Provide a distraction free, ergonomically satisfactory work environment.
• Meet all equipment, connectivity, and home office environment requirements and maintain throughout employment
• One plus years of customer service experience
• Prior call center experience preferred
