A software development company has an open position for a Virtual Technical Customer Success Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide assistance with integration
  • Proactively escalate at-risk customers
  • Strategically configure, test and document

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Technical experience
  • Strong proficiency in and 1-2+ years experience using Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency in and 1-2+ years and experience using Marketing Automation software
  • Experience with SFDC implementation and data model- standard and custom objects
  • Experience with REST API, Administrator, Managed Package
