Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Virtual Technical License Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Attend kick off calls with the Compliance Managers
• Complete the data collection process with the customer
• Review the entitlement data with the License Management Specialists to ensure everything needed is included pre data collection

Position Requirements Include:

• Good communication in person and remotely via phone/email
• Strong analytical and logic skills
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues across all business areas
• Excellent time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
