Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining and assisting with various administrative responsibilities and other projects as necessary
- Executing exceptional sourcing strategies and mechanisms to source talented candidates
- Providing recruiting support to leaders and professionals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Significant experience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidates necessary
- Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals
- Minimum 3-5 years of high volume recruiting experience
- 2 years' high-volume technical recruiting experience
- College degree required
