Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Technical Service Engineer in Reston.

Must be able to:

• Ensure customer satisfaction in all internal and external transactions
• Accept customer calls, alerts and escalations from the Level 1 operations team
• Act as the point of contact for customer incidents

Qualifications Include:

• BS Business Administration, Computer Science or other technical degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in the areas of incident and problem management
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches
• Previous technical support and experience in IT infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of network analysis/management tools and techniques
• CCNA Route/Switch certifications required and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
