Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Virtual Technical Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source a diverse pool of high-quality candidates
- Screen sourced prospects and facilitate next steps in hiring process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years experience sourcing top candidates within the tech industry
- Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewing teams
- Knowledge or familiarity with employment law, AAP and EEO
- Knowledge or familiarity with diversity initiatives and immigration
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System) proficiency
- Ability to work remotely and work West Coast hours
